The Fertility Awareness Center offers both workshops and private consultations.

Workshops cover the basics of Fertility Awareness, including how to practice the method for birth control and for pregnancy achievement, and what charts can tell us about our health. Workshops are held in Manhattan. Participants receive approximately 8-10 hours of class time (divided into 4 sessions), as well as a private follow-up session and all the materials they need to practice the method.

Workshops are small, usually about 4 - 8 people, to allow everyone to get plenty of individual attention.

If you are out of the New York area, or if you are already charting your cycles and therefore don't need the full workshop, you may wish to set up a private consultation. Private consultations are especially helpful for those who have been seeking pregnancy, as we have a unique mind/body approach to pregnancy achievement that is beyond the scope of the basic workshop. Private consultations can be done in person or by phone.
